Privacy policy for SEO AutoBOT

This policy explains how jakecleo inc. (“we”) collects and uses information when you use SEO AutoBOT at autobotseo.com. We designed the product for legitimate SEO monitoring — not for selling client lists or scraping private data you did not authorize us to fetch.

Information we store

Account details such as name, email, and password hash so you can sign in. Monitored website URLs you add, SEO audit results, score history, and in-app notifications about critical regressions. Payment proofs (receipt screenshots) you upload so an administrator can activate or renew a paid plan after GCash payment. Session cookies keep you signed in securely across dashboard pages. This data is stored in our Hostinger MySQL database for the live site at autobotseo.com.

How we use it

We use this data to run crawls and audits on the public pages of URLs you provide, schedule 24/7 monitoring on eligible plans, show reports and alerts in your dashboard, and activate billing after proof review. We do not sell your client site data to third-party marketers. Aggregated, non-identifying product metrics may be used to improve crawl quality and reliability.

Retention and your rights

We keep account and monitoring data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward if needed for billing disputes or abuse prevention (for example, trial anti-fraud device or IP signals). You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal account data by contacting us through Contact or in-app Support. Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

Public pages we crawl are already available on the open web. Our crawler respects normal public HTML responses; it is not a substitute for your own access controls on private apps. If you believe a URL was added without authorization, contact us immediately so we can pause monitoring and review the account.
